A pink fused glass heart with pink 5mm cz has been wire wrapped with sterling silver to create Brittney's Heart pendant.

My daughter, Brittney who will be 9 in April has been fingering my high fire cubic zirconium stash ever since I bought it. "Mom, will you have any left over to make me something?" is a question I've heard a few dozen times this year!

She was absolutely tickled to find this in her goodies bag and on her very own sterling silver snake chain.

She wore it to school today but was a little camera shy (she's not a morning person!); maybe I'll be able to snap a picture at her Valentine's Party this afternoon. It just looks so much better on than in the product shot I took!

Artisan of the World Catalog-featuring art in a variety of mediums

I was so ticked to stumble upon the Etsy shop, Artisan Impact, in the Etsy forums. This dynamic duo not only creates gorgeous jewelry (check out this opal ring) but is in the process of creating a catalog called Artisan of the World Catalog: it will have artists from around the world highlighting their handmade products from jewelry to prints and so much more! I thought this was such a great marketing/promotional tool that I jumped on board to be a part of the catalog. The catalog will be released at the end of February -beginning of March ; 80,000 copies are scheduled to be printed and I'm excited at the prospect of all that exposure! ;)


This is one of the pictures that I submitted for the catalog. It is a picture of 3 of my adjustable wide band sterling silver rings (labradorite, Three Pebbles Three Wishes , and larimar).

New Fused Glass Rings just added at the boutique

The dichroic fused glass rings were a huge hit at the Urban Street Bazaar this past Saturday. I got a lot of positive feedback on the fabricated adjustable bands; I create them so they adjust at the top so they do not PINCH! Jewelry should NOT hurt! I also antique the sterling bands with liver of sulfur for that ultra cool "gunmetal grey" look!
