Fall Pumpkins

In our family, we make an annual trip to the Pumpkin Patch in Flower Mound but couldn't resist taking a quick photo ( BTW ...what did I ever do before I could snap a pic with my phone) whilst scouting out paint colors at Home Depot.

I love fall and miss living in Alberta this time of year because the River Valley explodes with color as the leaves change colors.....but I don't miss the freezing winters. BRR. I get cold just thinking about it!

Hmm, all these pumpkins have got me thinking I need to whip up a spicy Pumpkin pie.

Mighty Kids-Yeah for Spring

Spring is in the air and we caught a sunshine moment at Wagon Wheel Park. Brittney (8) and Blake (6) are showing off for the camera. With all the thunderstorms and rain forecast for the next few day in DFW, the kids and I are getting "squirrelly". We love going for walks and hikes in the evenings.
