Etsy Dallas Street Team....on the rise

Etsy DallasI am so excited....between the mid-afternoon caffeine jolt from Starbuck's and hanging out with 5 other crafty artists brainstorming on how we can grow and get the word out about Etsy Dallas, my brain is buzzing!!!

The mission of Etsy Dallas is to promote the handmade movement and to create an environment to buy and sell handmade goods in the Greater Dallas area.

The Etsy Dallas Leadership Team is such a great group ; I can't believe that 3 hours flew by so quickly . I am impressed with everyone's level of passion and commitment to promote the buying and selling of handmade goods in the Greater Dallas area.

The recent Valentine's Day trunk show at Southside on Lamar in the artist's quarter was a great event and I'm looking forward to our next venue wherever that may be. Yep, Etsy Dallas is one star on the rise......stay in the loop by checking out the Etsy Dallas blog and our members!

Looking for Great Indie Goods-Check out Funky Finds

I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica who runs the blog, Funky Finds, yesterday at the Urban Street Bazaar held at Dallas Market Hall. Jessica is a graphic designer who promotes independent artists, crafters and designers world-wide.

If you are on of over 8000 people who took the Handmade Pledge this year, you will love Funky Finds. You can get the scoop on all kinds of handmade goods and support indie artists/crafters/designers with the click of your mouse!

If you are an independent artist, crafter or designer, Jessica also offers extremely reasonable ad rates that can help you get the exposure you deserve!
