When A Card is Art....

As an indie artist, I always appreciate anything that is handmade. I tripped across a website, A Little Hut, today that has the most amazing handmade greeting cards and of course I just had to share!! :)

Patricia Zapata is the artist behind these little works of art. She has combined her love of paper and making things to create these beautiful handmade greeting cards. The cards are her original illustrations that have been printed using a linoleum block.

I love the card design called Picking Flowers. I thought it was really cool that you could buy an individual card or buy sets.

What a great way to reach out and touch someone by sending a personal note...who wouldn't be delighted to receive a handmade greeting card in the mail?
