The other day I was reminded what my greatest resource in my jewelry business-you, my customers. Duh? I know but sometimes the simple things can escape you!
For example, I offer folks a superb value on earrings through the Earring of The Month Club. The 3 month trial works out to $20/pr, Half-Year works out to to $18.33 and the Annual works out to $16.66 (plus free shipping is included in all levels).
Ok, you're wondering so how does the customer being my greatest resource work into this? I had an online customer browsing who was concerned that this would be a "subscription" and that there would be "recurring charges". Hmm, I had never even though of that....I obviously need to make that more clear as she can't possibly be the only person who was hesitant to purchase because of concerns that this was a subscription with recurring charges (ie. a risky purchase).
Yesterday, I was lucky. Lucky you ask...Absolutely...this person took the time to ask and I have a chance to correct and make sure I'm communicating better. 9/10 most people would just go to the next website because of the perceived risk.
That is why you the customers are my greatest resource! Thanks for your continued support, feedback and patronage.
